If you just look at this form without any other context does it make sense? What happens if I tell you that its in California, would you be able to tell what kind of an establishment it is? What about if I tell you its in Palm Springs? Make any difference? Now if I tell you its a restaurant, would you say "aha?!" Cast your vote then posty our comments on what works in this form and what needs to be improved.
