The following restaurants can all be accessed using the TourdeFranceNYC.com website: Pigalle, Maison, French Roast, Le Monde, L'Express, Marseille, Nice Matin, Cafe D'Alsace.

Notice the amount of pop up windows that come up. Ok that's a usability issue. We're talking about feedback here.

This is the only form I could find at three restaurants I visited: Maison, Pigalle and Marseille. Should there be a feedback forms at the restaurant of this calibre? With this many restaurants, is a postcard (as you can see above) enough. There is no consistency it seems in how customer comments are captured in each website (some as email, others as online email) though (another usability issue) - should there be? Is there an expectation that if one has a comment they should go online and post their comments? If that's the case, would it be easier to just complain through BBB (Better Business Bureau) or PlanetFeedback.com? Cast your vote on this postcard the post your comments.
